The proportion of students entering psychiatry who were MD/PhDs varied between 2.9 and 5.9 per 100 students; however, there was no significant change over time. Accounting for 2.8-5.4% of all MD/PhD graduates, there was also no change in the percentage of MD/PhD students entering psychiatry over time ( Figure 1 ). Figure 1.
