Strategies adopted for ensuring discipline has been a very challenging encounter. This study therefore explores procedures involved on how teachers carry through their respective roles in managing indiscipline and how students perceive such involvement in Effutu Municipality. A case study design using qualitative approach was adopted for the study. Thirty six (36) respondents comprising twelve (12) teachers and twenty-four (24) students from two (2) Public Junior High Schools were purposively selected. Data was gathered through interviews which was analysed thematically. The study findings revealed that, teachers used judgemental to subjective behaviours as well as evaluating the disciplinary measures to interpreting it as the appropriate measure to stop misbehaviour. Teachers start using verbal appreciation and stopped their habit of de-motivating students. Additionally, in place of punishment, they preferred to encourage those students, who were not showing interest in classroom activities. It is therefore recommended that teachers should cultivate the habit of involving students in rule setting in order to promote ownership of the rules and to encourage them to take more responsibility for their own behaviour and also employ cooperative disciplinary measures as compared to punitive and harsh disciplinary measures could be used to inspire children.

School discipline aims to help create a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment that usually uses discipline to correct the misbehavior of the learners through the rules and strategies employed by schools to manage student behaviors and support their developmental needs. Using a descriptive design, this study aimed to describe the impact of school discipline on the learners of Notre Dame of Marbel University-Integrated Basic Education Department in terms of their behavior, building confidence, relationships with their teachers or advisers, and with their parents, which serve as input for the enhancement of Prefecting in school. School discipline impacts different indicators, depending on the student. Elementary students' relationships with their parents highly impact their discipline. Students in junior high school also experience similar results. On the contrary, disciplines have a very high impact on the students' behavior. These results show how the impact of discipline varies for every set of students. The study affirms the appropriate approaches of the three departments of NDMU-IBED when it comes to school discipline. However, there are also areas in which there is a need to revisit and review in order to improve, such as the area of social relationships among the learners, which by far obtained the lowest mean.

The purposes of this literature review are twofold. Firstly, it explains discipline and causes of students' misbehavior and classroom management. In this sense, this review focuses on discipline in the conflict of the educational platform elements; and related the philosophic literature. Secondly, this review draws a conclusion by summarizing the opinions and influencing of discipline upon school environment and students' learning. In this regard, this study discusses two models for dealing with classroom discipline: psychoanalytic method and behavior modification. Although two models apply different methods for dealing with classroom discipline, this study suggests that, to create a successful classroom management, educators should use both of them instead of applying only the one.
This study described the implementation of students‘ discipline. Qualitative phenomenological approach was employed to 13 school heads of both elementary and secondary schools in Sarangani Province Division for the School Year 2016-2017. To gather data, in depth interview and focus group discussion were conducted. The results of the interview were transcribed, translated and coded to produce themes. As regards the experiences of school heads, the following were the themes: parental participation and involvement (on one hand); parental inattention and non-engagement (on the other hand); school-wide adoption of child protection policy; diverse levels of teacher acceptance; teacher inadequacies and inconsistencies; and continued indiscipline of students. Argumentative Essay: The Importance of Discipline
Discipline is something that we have all experienced personally in different forms, seen used on others, and is also something that many of us will go on to use later in life, both in the form of self-discipline and as something to keep children and even employees in check. It is essential to life as we know it, and we need it in its many different forms in many different situations.
The first reason that discipline is so important is that we all need to exercise self-discipline to be successful in life. Self-discipline can mean very different things to different people; for students, for example, self-discipline is often about motivating yourself and making yourself concentrate on your studies and get your assignments in on time. For working people, it can be as simple as getting up on time every morning, however tired you may be and how much you may hate your job, getting to work on time and doing your job. Without this kind of self-discipline, people would not be able to enjoy academic success, or be successful in their careers either.
Self-discipline is also required for dieters and anyone doing regular exercise, because given the chance, most of us would prefer to be lazy rather than get up and exercise, and eat burgers and fries rather than healthy food. Without it, even more people would be fat and unhealthy, and a lack of self-discipline in some people certainly contributes to the obesity crisis.
Discipline is also something that needs to be used on others where necessary. If parents didn’t discipline their children when they were naughty, children wouldn’t grow up knowing right from wrong, or be able to become productive members of society who contribute to the system. Equally, schoolteachers need to be able to dish out punishments to children who don’t behave themselves. Without discipline in the classroom, there would be a great deal of disruption and nobody would ever learn anything. Indeed, teachers who struggle to command the respect of students and who fail to use discipline effectively will often have trouble even making themselves heard in a classroom.
In the workplace, discipline is also essential to maintaining a hierarchy and dealing with employees who do not follow company policies and procedures, regularly arrive late or not at all, or treat their co-workers unfairly. Then, you have to consider that without discipline, there would be no law enforcement. Murderers would be roaming the streets and everybody would be stealing from each other, because there would be no consequences for their actions.
Discipline acts as a vital deterrent to stop children being naughty, people from missing work, and even potential criminals from stealing and killing, and for this reason it is vital in human society.

A thesis statement summarizes the central points of your essay. It is a signpost telling the reader what the essay will argue and why.
